Coho & Crab

The most action packed fishery for Coho salmon/Dungeness crab is going on down by the mouth of the Columbia River. On the incoming tide, we drop crab pots then headed to target Coho salmon. When you get into the school of Coho, it’s chaotic!! Referred to as the “Coho Rodeo”. Multiple fish are being caught at the same time. Prime time is August 20th thru beginning of October.
